Understanding the Different Generations

As you read about them, think of the 4 generations (Traditionalists, Boomers, Gen X & Gen Y) as being on a continuum, rather than as 4 distinct boxes! While I think generalizations can be helpful to simplify information, remember that every person is unique and that how a person was raised will greatly impact how they share similarities to others from their generation.
