What traits do Boomers share with other generations?

Similar to Generation X, Boomers tend to be more independent in contrast to Generation Y. Similar to the Traditionalist Generation – they tend to highly value security perks such as bonuses, financial security and promotions (in comparison to time off).

As one Boomer told me at one of my events – “I think the Boomer Generation want the same things as Generations X & Y – but the different is that the X & Y generations are not afraid to ask for it”.
