Learn 3 Strategies to Build Self-Esteem!
An Inspiring Event for Grades 4-12
SPILL YOUR GUTS is about understanding the power of attitudes, moving beyond fears, setting and accomplishing goals, creating authentic relationships, striving for a life of excellence and building a healthy self-esteem. This is a powerful, inspiring and life-changing presentation by motivational speaker Dr. Karyn Gordon experienced by more than 200,000 youth from grades 4-12.
SPILL YOUR GUTS opens with a captivating video of Dr. Karyn interviewing international rock stars (Matchbox 20, Everclear, Chantal Kreviazuk) about their obstacles and lessons learned as teenagers. She then turns your assembly into a mock talk-show format using volunteers from your school. This skit is entertaining and eye-opening as Dr. Karyn demonstrates how different attitudes hold tremendous power in shaping how you treat yourself and others. You will discover your personal values that control every decision you make from your body to relationships to motivation. This visual example is extremely effective as it helps self-esteem come alive. Discover how to break-through barriers that are holding you back and learn how to apply specific tools to build a healthy self-image.
Specifically in this 45 minute workshop,
